Jon began practicing in the areas of estate planning, taxation, trusts and probate law in 1971.  He received his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from Northwestern University.  He is a frequent lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and other professional and civic groups.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Council, a member of the Boston Bar Association Estate Planning Committee, the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Massachusetts Continuing and Legal Education Estate Planning and Administration Curriculum Advisory Committee, the Massachusetts Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and a Trustee of the New England Grenfell Association.  Jon serves as the Chair of the Yale Scholarship Trust, and in 2007, he received the Yale Medal Award, the highest award presented by the Association of Yale Alumni.  Jon resides in Waban, Massachusetts.
